Organic Vetiver

Organic Vetiver essential oil is a major base note in natural perfumery. Distilled from the roots of Chrysopogon zizanioides, it develops an earthy, woody, smoky, rooty and slightly leathery scent.

Its depth gives compositions lasting power and an immediate sense of grounding. Depending on batch and origin, it may feel dry, dark and mineral, or softer and almost nutty.

It blends with Sandalwood, Patchouli, Cedarwood, Frankincense, Bergamot, Rose, Vanilla or Ginger for deep, elegant and long-lasting perfumes.
