Thyme

Thymol Thyme essential oil is the most powerful and phenolic expression of thyme. Its scent is warm, herbaceous, medicinal and very direct, with an intensity that immediately marks a composition.

It differs strongly from linalool or thujanol thyme: here the note is harsher, spicier and more structuring. It is suited to professional use or highly targeted blends, always at low dosage.

To balance its strength, it may be paired with rounder or fresher oils such as True Lavender, Lemon, Bay Laurel, Ravintsara, Tea Tree or Scots Pine.
