Tagete

Tagete essential oil has a highly recognisable scent: fruity, green and powerful, with accents of crushed leaf, exotic fruit and aromatic herb. Obtained from Tagetes minuta, it brings a lively and unusual touch.

Its character is especially interesting in natural perfumery when seeking an original, almost tropical effect between green and fruity. It adds relief to citrus, yellow floral and aromatic accords.

It blends with Bergamot, Lemon, Lavender, Geranium, Vetiver, Patchouli or Ylang-ylang, used sparingly to preserve balance.
