White Indonesian Sandalwood

Essential oil of Indonesian sandalwood belongs to the Santalum album family, but its profile can be perceived as slightly drier, woodier, lighter or spicier, depending on the batch. It retains the characteristic sweetness of white sandalwood, whilst sometimes offering a less milky, more direct expression, with a more pronounced woody note.

It acts as an exceptional base note. It rounds compositions, extends floral accords and gives blends an impression of calm, understated luxury and warm skin.

It blends with rose, jasmine, neroli, patchouli, frankincense, myrrh, bergamot, vetiver and cardamom. It is ideal for refined natural perfumes, precious balms and contemplative compositions.
