Organic Winter Savory

Organic Winter Savory essential oil has a bold aromatic personality: warm, herbaceous, spicy and slightly phenolic. Obtained from Satureja montana, it is a strong essential oil best reserved for carefully controlled formulations.

Its scent recalls dry Mediterranean herbs, with a vegetal intensity close to thyme and oregano. It is useful in blends requiring a clear, tonic and highly structuring aromatic note.

It may be paired with Linalool Thyme to soften its strength, as well as Tea Tree, Rosemary cineole, Lemon or Bay Laurel in short, precise and highly diluted compositions.
