Manuka

Manuka essential oil, obtained from Leptospermum scoparium, has an herbaceous, earthy, slightly honeyed and woodyfragrance. Less sharp than Tea Tree, it offers a rounder, deeper and more enveloping presence.

Native to New Zealand, Manuka is an emblematic plant whose olfactory identity stands out through a wild and slightly smoky facet. Its essential oil is appreciated in natural compositions where a purifying yet softer and less medicinal note is desired.

It blends with Tea Tree, Lavandin, Cedarwood, Patchouli, Geranium, Niaouli or True Lavender. In blends, it brings a dark, honeyed and very natural herbaceous note.
